2. Visit: Schedule a visit to Regan Beach with your wedding planner to explore the layout, identify the best ceremony spot, and discuss the logistics for your wedding day.
3. Custom Ceremony Design: Choose a Package or build your own ceremony. Work with Ideal I Do’s to create a ceremony that reflects your style. Whether it’s a beachside altar or a flower-lined aisle, your planner will help bring your vision to life.
4. Weather Considerations: While summer in Lake Tahoe is typically mild, have a plan for sun protection, such as providing parasols, fans, or setting up a shaded area for guests.
4. Local Hotel Coordination: Rely on Ideal I Do’s to connect you with trusted local vendors for flowers, catering, music, and more. Their local knowledge ensures seamless collaboration and top-notch services.
5 Beach-Friendly Attire: Choose attire that suits the beach environment. Light fabrics, comfortable shoes, and a casual yet elegant style will keep you and your guests comfortable during the outdoor ceremony.

9. Two weeks prior – the full payment is required, the final edit of the ceremony will be sent via email, and the final guest count must be submitted. Please note that no modifications can be made after this deadline.
